Typical applications

LifePilot™ Workforce Manager can for instance be used in the distribution and tracking of contractor jobs, service jobs, supervision, maintenance and operation of a local authority or in connection with an insurance company’s appraisal of damage.

Control and performance of jobs in the field

LifePilot™ Workforce Manager is a tool, which enables the business to track the status and document the performance of jobs in the field right from the initial agreement to the approval of the job and the mailing of the invoice.

LifePilot™ Workforce Manager features functions aimed at the manager back at the office and functions aimed at the mobile agent in the field.
The manager is using an Internet-connected PC whereas the mobile agent is using a mobile telephone usually connected to a GPS-receiver for the purpose of locating data.

The system assists the manager in locating free resources, in distributing and sending the jobs to the mobile representatives and by following up on progress and by documenting the performance by way of positions, texts, images, sound files and video.

The system assists the mobile agent in getting an overview of the assigned jobs, in specifying ongoing projects, in retrieving documentation and continuously giving the manager an overview of the status of the jobs. Descriptive data and location are transmitted immediately through the telephone’s GPRS to the LifePilot™ server where the data is stored and may be further analysed.

LifePilot™ Workforce Manager can be used to control both planned and ad hoc assignments.

Thereby you can obtain the information while you are at the location and when you need it.

LifePilot™ Tour

LifePilot™ Tour puts you in a position where you can make yourself independent of the traditional tour guide or guidebook showing you around town. With LifePilot™ Tour trips to a certain area can be planned – typically from a theme perspective. When you travel along the route with the mobile telephone and GPS in your hand and approach a landmark, LifePilot™ Tour can introduce you to the individual landmarks in a dynamic way. Thus, the presentation pops up when you approach the location.

LifePilot™ M-Log

LifePilot™ M-Log is a tool, which - by means of the telephone’s built-in camera, sound recorder and your own selected categories - enables you to create information and contributions, which you can share with others. Image, video, text, sound, category and geographical position are transmitted immediately to the LifePilot™ server from which it can be shared with others, for instance your friends, family or everybody else. Sharing can take place by means of either e-mail or other mobile telephones with LifePilot ™ M-Log. LifePilot™ SafeGuard - for the sake of security

With LifePilot™ SafeGuard you can safeguard your car, boat, caravan, motor cycle or even your children. There are numerous possibilities, and you choose for yourself how you wish to increase security for your family!LifePilot™ SafeGuard consists of a small and handy box, which is placed on the object or is carried by the person that you wish to safeguard. By means of LifePilot™ SafeGuard on the internet on your PC, your mobile telephone or your PDA a map enables you to find the precise location of the person or the object.
LifePilot™ SafeGuard can be used as:

1. A burglar alarm
Press the park button on the box, and an SMS alarm will be sent to you when the box moves. Positions are transmitted to LifePilot™ SafeGuard, where you can see the location of the box.
2. Attack alarm
In the event of an attack press down the panic button for 2 seconds and an SMS alarm will be sent to the LifePilot ™ server, to your immediate dependents and possibly to a security service.
3. Tracking and surveillance
With LifePilot™ SafeGuard you are able to track the movements of your child, as the box can be set to transmit the geographical position, for example every fifth minute. Then track the movements of the box and your child by means of a map in LifePilot™ SafeGuard.

LifePilot™ SafeGuard – The box

The LifePilot™ SafeGuard box, which is easily installed with a telephone SIM card on its side, contains sophisticated technology but is easy to operate with clear indicators of status of the GPS and GSM connections. You can call the built-in microphone and hear what is going on in the immediate neighbourhood. Further, a headset can be connected for two-way communication. The box can be charged by means of a cigar charger or a wall charger (230v) and can be connected to an automobile battery or a backup battery.


The box is small, handy and easy to operate.

LifePilot™ SafeGuard – also on the mobile telephone / PDA !

LifePilot™ SafeGuard functions not only on the Internet on your pc but also on your mobile telephone or PDA – unlike many other solutions. Thus, LifePilot™ SafeGuard enables you to track your box, no matter where you are. Alarms from the LifePilot™ SafeGuard box can also be transmitted to a nationwide security service, which can immediately handle the alarm and call in assistance.

LifePilot Flux changes the physical settings of your neighbourhood – nature and urban space – into a scene of intriguing experiences driven by IT, GPS and mobile technology. The physical settings are supplemented by a virtual layer that creates pioneering opportunities of play, games, learning, experiences and social activities.

The virtual layer acts as a local guide who uses the mobile to tell good stories about the area, to show exciting routes, to inform you about activities and potential fellow players nearby and to coach and guide you in all activities.
